Are you ready to step up and beat Rocksteady Studios’ Harry Finkel’s score in the upcoming AR challenge DLC called “Teen Titan”?
Batman: Arkham Knight is already one of the year’s biggest video game blockbusters, and developer Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive, a division of Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX), are adding even more content for fans to enjoy this month. The most recent Arkham Insider video showcases the upcoming Robin AR (Augmented Reality) challenge called “Teen Titan.”
Teen Titan is a really fun challenge as you get to use all of Robin’s abilities to take out enemies. The idea is to get the highest score; it’s not just about attaining the three stars.
In the video, Rocksteady’s Harry Finkel was shown attempting the challenge and racking up a score of over 500,000 (518,995 to be exact), after which the hashtag #BeatHarry was shown on screen. Beating Harry Finkel’s score would be no easy task, as the challenge gets a lot harder as enemies keep coming at you.
AR challenges are a neat addition to the Arkham Knight game. As you play the campaign, we recommend you attempt some of the challenges to be prepared for later missions. The challenges help you improve your gliding, driving, combat and stealth abilities. The AR challenges can be played separately outside the main campaign and even during it. By attaining three stars, you can win extra points to invest on WayneTech items such as upgrading Batman’s armor, the Batmobile’s armor, and skills. Each AR challenge allows you to attain all three stars which count as three points on Gotham's Greatest – the game's online leaderboard. It also allows you to get up to 20 rival points, which is more for bragging rights against your friends who attempt similar challenges.
The Teen Titan challenge was showcased along with a video of a race map for the 1989 Tim Burton Batmobile from Batman and Batman Returns, which showed how iconic the car was and still is today. This August, it’s all about Batman. So, are you ready to step up to the challenge and #BeatHarry?
